Domain names are a small investment but are a HUGE safety net for you and your business!
A domain name cost is around $10. Stay with .com - people may remember the domain name you pick but they will not remember .net or .biz - they will default to .com and end up at someone else's site - you don't want that to happen. .biz is much worst for sending emails to your prospects and will go out automatically as spam so stick with .com
Also - after you have found a name that is available - directly under your available domain name you will see an offer for the same domain name but with a .info for an additional $.99(Sometimes up to $2.99). CHECK THAT BOX TOO - This will give you 2 names for the price of one - one for your marketing site also known as your landing page and one for YOUR company 150Fast Website too.
Type in a catchy name that you would like to use and see if it is available. Pick easy to spell words and not to long. Keep trying until you find one that you like.
Directly under you the domain of your choice - will be other offers too - check the box for the .info too
Scroll down to the big orange Continue Button. Hit continue
Say No Thanks to the offers.
Fill in Account Registration and click Continue
Pick quick check out - when they show you your Shopping Cart - pick the drop down arrow and choose a one year subscription - They will try to sell you tons of things that you don't need - so look for the quick check out.
REMEMBER YOU LOGIN INFO - Account number and password.

Forwarding Your Domain
Do NOT Mask your company Sites!

Your .com will be forwarded to the lead capture page you will be marketing with
Your .info will be forwarded to your 150Fast Website- http://www.150Fast.com/YourUsername.php?a=home ONLY refer prospects who have already signed through your Landing Page to your .info!

If you are not ordering from Terry....then let GoDaddy's representative know that you just purchased two domain names and you need your domain names to be set up to forward to YOUR new websites, but DO NOT MASK YOUR Company website (.info)!
Be sure to have your links ready and available when you call.
If you are using a custom landing page for your advertising.... you can Mask the landing page but NOT your Company site!
On the top of the site- My Account login information - enter customer number and password - click on secure login
On the top bar, over on the left click on Domain
Left click on My Domain
Click on your Domain Name - .com - should be forwarded to your Marketing or landing page; (when your marketing site is set up). - .info should be forwarded to YOUR 150Fast Website
You should end up at Domain Information on the left hand side- Underneath Domain Information find Forwarding - Click on Manage to the right of Forwarding - Click on Edit on the right hand side - fill in your website landing page full link including http://www/......- for the .com and .info for your 150Fast link. Make sure it is accurate or it will not forward correctly.
Click on moved permanently
Click on Masking and mark the box - (Do NOT Mask YOUR 150Fast Website - only your landing page!)
Bottom right hand side - click on OK
Wait a minute for a square to appear that says processing - then click on OK again and you are all set! It may take a couple hours and can up to 24 hours
Very Important -Once you are finished your forwarding, TEST YOUR DOMAIN NAMES TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE WORKING CORRECTLY!
Also - sign through your landing page and make sure your emails are going out and check to see that they have your correct contact information in them

Team Landing Pages With Autoresponder
Landing pages are necessary when you are advertising but you have a great one with 150Fast. When you send a prospect to your landing page....after they sign through you will be able to see their contact info in your back office under Statistics. Check there often and be sure to send an email thanking them for visiting your website asap if you do not have an autoresponder attached to your 150Fast system. If you do....your prospects will receive an email from you automatically.
If you are looking for a personalized page to brand yourself with your contact information or a couple of paragraphes introducing yourself to your new prospects....the section below is for you. It is good to Brand yourself as a leader. It is also good to look a little different than all the other pages out on the internet
This also lets you know that it is time to follow up while it is still fresh in their mind. A courtesy call is a great idea - just to touch base and see if they have any questions. There is a script under Training Info above.
