What To Do When Someone Pays YOU For LGN
When someone pays you, as long as you have your payment processors set-up correctly, the system will automatically mark them paid for you. You won't have to do anything.
The only time you need to mark someone paid in your back office, is if they pay you with cash, money order, or wire you money. In other words, if they pay you in any way that is outside the system.
REMEMBER THAT YOUR TRAINING SALE IS STILL YOUR PERSONALLY SPONSORED MEMBER and you will be making a residual income off of every sale that they make.
Therefore, you are that person's MENTOR and TRAINER.
You should get an email from any payment processor that was used, letting you know that you just received a payment, but that is not always the case. It just depends on what payment processor(s) you use.
You should also receive an email from the company with the subject line, "LGN Alert" letting you know you just made a sale.
You should also get an email from the company with the subject line, "Congratulations, You Have Just Referred A New Member." This email will tell you that this is a PAID member.
NOTE:
All of the names under the "Not Started Payment Plans" category are people who have clicked on the "Pay Sponsor" or "Pay Admin" links and looked around, meaning, they are a little more serious.
Here are the step-by-step directions of what to do when you get a payment that is yours to keep ( $150 - $400 - or $800 commission):

STEP 1: Send a "Welcome Email" to your new associate. You can CLICK HERE for an example of an email to use.

STEP 2 (Optional): Remove this person from your autoresponder account. It is no longer necessary for them to receive your email messages.

STEP 3 (Optional): You may want to make a "LGN Revolution Group" in whatever email program you are using. Then, add this person to that list, so you have a fast way to email all of the people you are working with, should you ever want to email your team about anything.
